  • Greg was really welcoming, kind and professional. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the session, explaining what he was doing at each stage. The massage targeted the areas giving me the most pain and finished with the dry needles (a new experience for me and not painful). After seeing a GP and a physiotherapist, this was the first time I felt my symptoms were understood and the problem taken care of. After the session I felt great relief.   • I went to Croydon Sports Massage for a pre and post-marathon treatment. Loved how Greg took the time to understand my training regime and performance goals as well as what areas I wanted to focus on in the massage. Felt incredible after both treatments - much more limber. When I first stood up, I could have sworn that I'd grown a few cm! Found the post marathon treatment brilliant in aiding recovery.

  • I visited Greg for a pregnancy massage this week after suffering with SI joint and siatic pain throughout my last trimester. I’m an active gym goer and have a 1 year old demanding to be carried most places so I really needed to see someone that could offer more than the standard pregnancy massage, which are nice but don’t really tackle the root of the problem. Seeing someone who understood muscle pain and how it links to different parts of the body was a completely new experience and left me feeling incredible. Greg was sure to make sure the positions were comfortable for both myself and my bump, and my modesty was protected at all times. I’d throughly recommend this pregnancy massage for anyone suffering with aches and pains throughout pregnancy!
